The accommodation is ideal for groups of 4 with two bedrooms featuring in the property, with one double master bedroom and a second bedroom with twin single beds. A modern newly fitted bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet completes the accommodation.

Guests can find laundry facilities to the basement floor of the building and parking is also conveniently provided for guests, just outside the main entrance.

The holiday residence provides a stunning outdoor swimming pool with sunny lake view poolside ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a good book on one of the sun loungers.

An onsite cafe bar restaurant provides a stylish and contemporary setting to enjoy a morning cappuccino, light lunch or a romantic lake view dinner, with steps leading down to Maccagno’s charming lake promenade. Joggers and walkers can enjoy the picturesque route here which leads through lake front parkland to a public beach. The La Darsena sailing school is the perfect place for water sport enthusiasts and beginners to learn windsurfing and kite surfing and the surrounding mountain trails are ideal for hikers and cyclists.

Activities in the Swiss Italian Lake district also include lake swimming, boat hire, tennis, golf, kayaking, horse riding, paragliding and skiing, at the nearby Swiss Ski resort of San Bernardino.
